Lakeside installed two garage doors, one with an opener. Their technicians were very professional and thorough on the install and post install walk through. I walked out of my garage like I normally do every day and the garage would not go up. I noticed a broken spring and wasn’t sure who to call. I looked at Facebook to see if there were any friends that I knew that would have recommendations. I saw a lot of recommendations for Lakeside doors. Now I can see why. I called them at 8 AM and they asked if I would like to fix today which I was shocked but said yes. They came out by 1 PM. Gave me a rough estimate when I was on the phone with them. They were quick efficient and I was able to pay over the phone. Super easy they were all very nice and professional. I even got a follow up a few days later making sure the door was working great. Lakeside Doors LLC did an outstanding job from start to finish. Every employee we worked with was stellar—from Ty, who came out to take measurements and provide the estimate to the two crew members - Steven and Jeff - who handled the installation. Everyone was professional, hardworking, and clearly took pride in their work. The installation was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and the final result looks excellent. Special shout out to their general manager - Marianne! She was prompt in all her communications; keeping us posted of schedules, etc. Our garage doors turned out beautiful. What an upgrade to curb appeal! We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Lakeside Doors LLC to anyone in need of garage door service.
